Buddhism teaches of No Self. I will skip the theoretic reasons of No Self here, and instead emphasize on the practice of No Self. I cannot emphasize enough the importance of practice. For most of us, we live in this world, instead of in a monastery. So how do we practice No Self in our daily life? The posts in this series are based on my personal experience in my life, and thus may appear a little personal. So please adopt as how it fits to yourself.
