Practice of No Self: Once wake up, get up; Once get up, wake up

After waking up, get up immediately and do things fast. This will help wake up totally.

Personally I feel it is better to go to bed early and get up early. It is good to always get up at the same time. After you do that for a while, your body will wake up by itself at that exact time. You don’t even need a clock. And you feel energetic for the whole day.
